Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled or damaged item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately at this time, we are NOT able to accept returns based on buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection or size exchanges because every item is printed on demand and custom made for each order. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. We do not offer refunds for such reasons as well.
Because of the nature of digital downloads, we do NOT offer refunds for the fillable products, printable products and digital downloads on our store. We are however open to helping you access and manage the digital products.
